This letter confirms the basis on which V-Tax Accountant and Business Consultants Ltd ("V-Tax") will provide professional services to you ("the Client").
Our responsibilities: V-Tax will provide the services selected during onboarding with reasonable care and skill, in accordance with current UK tax legislation and professional standards.
Your responsibilities: You agree to provide complete and accurate information in a timely manner. V-Tax cannot be held responsible for penalties arising from incomplete or inaccurate information provided by the Client.
Fees: Fees will be agreed and confirmed separately in writing prior to commencement of work. V-Tax reserves the right to review fees annually.
Confidentiality: V-Tax will treat all information provided by the Client as confidential and will not disclose it to third parties without the Client's consent, except where required by law or HMRC.
Data Protection: V-Tax processes personal data in accordance with UK GDPR. For full details, please refer to our Privacy Policy at v-tax.co.uk/privacy-policy.
Termination: Either party may terminate this engagement by providing 30 days' written notice. All outstanding fees are payable upon termination.
Governing Law: This engagement is governed by the laws of England and Wales.
